PERPHIA Refreshing Powder Cleanser with Pearl Essence

PERPHIA® Refreshing Powder Cleanser is a unique water-activated formula with Vitamin C and Pearl Essence to remove dirt, pollution and impurities, brightens and retexturizes without drying out skin.

 DIRECTIONS:

Pour a half-teaspoon of PERPHIA® Refreshing Powder Cleanser into palm and mixed with few drops of water. Rub hands together to create a light, gentle foam. Massage onto face for 30-60 seconds. Rinse and pat dry.
